The following course choices are for renewing a real estate or time share license. Each individual course is 15 hours and is Law/Ethics approved. The cost is $89 per course, and includes the final quiz. Each course is available either online, on diskette or by workbook. The method of delivery is the only difference.

Each course requires a closed book quiz to earn your certificate of completion. When you are ready to take your quiz, call Jennifer at the office at 702-364-2525 or 800-346-2520 to schedule a paper and pencil exam at the school or at a proctor site if you are out of town. It's that easy!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are renewing your license for the first time and will be choosing two courses for the required 30 hours for renewal, you must choose Contracts, Agency and NRS 645 Update and Property Ownership, Transfer and Use and NRS 645 Update as your courses per the Nevada Real Estate Division.
